Website plans: £59 or £79/month.

Dan designs and builds your website, hosts it and looks after it during the first year. Choose one of the two 12-month plans below; agree your scope with Dan before activating payment. Logo Design (£149), Brand Pack (£249) and Business Starter Pack (£299) are one-off payments. Larger bespoke print or signage projects have a separately agreed written payment schedule.

Arranged with Dan before payment. Request a plan below. You receive the exact specification, payment dates, total and delivery schedule in writing before accepting. After agreeing your written order, the links below authorise your card through Stripe for the chosen fixed plan; the first invoice follows authorisation.

Small flyer, card and similar jobs use normal one-off payment. Larger print, clothing and signage packages are quoted individually: an upfront payment must cover the full supplier cost before ordering, with any remaining balance and instalments agreed in writing. Twelve payments are available by agreement on larger fixed projects. The final payment adjusts any rounding so you pay exactly the agreed total.

Need a small change after launch? Email or WhatsApp Dan. Your plan includes up to 30 minutes of changes to existing text and images each month, with no rollover. Larger changes are quoted before any extra work begins.

After the first 12 months

After your 12 payments, the website build is paid for. To keep it hosted with Byhorn, agree ongoing hosting at £19/month or £190/year. This covers hosting, SSL and hosting support. Content changes and other design work are quoted separately. The £59/£79 plan ends after 12 payments; ongoing hosting does not start automatically.

Domain renewals, paid licences, email accounts and work outside your agreed scope are quoted separately. Your order confirms the hosting dates.

After the first 12 months: managed hosting

Byhorn managed hosting: £19/month, rolling monthly. For an existing, approved website: hosting, SSL and hosting support. Design, content changes, email, domains and paid licences are separate. Agree compatibility and scope with Dan first. Cancel with 30 days’ notice; service continues through the paid notice period.

Hosting is a separately agreed ongoing service. No hosting subscription starts from a one-off design checkout.

When do I receive the work?

Design starts after the first cleared payment, an agreed brief and any applicable cancellation period. Proofs are supplied during the project; final downloadable design files and the agreed rights transfer after full payment. Website launch is by the agreed date after the first cleared payment and completion of the content and design. Transfer of website files follows full payment.

Supplier costs are covered upfront: for larger print, clothing or signage orders, the deposit covers the full supplier cost before production is booked. The written order confirms the remaining payment schedule, proof approval and delivery date. Supplier lead times and any installation charges are agreed before ordering.

Byhorn Design is operated by Daniel Hornby. Contact: hello@byhorndesign.co.uk or 07888 184298. Your written project agreement supplies the business contact address and confirms the scope, price, delivery timing, ownership and cancellation terms before payment.

Prices are in pounds sterling. Byhorn is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. One-off checkout charges the listed package fee once. Website-plan checkout arranges 12 agreed payments; ongoing hosting is a separately agreed service. Extra work is quoted and agreed separately.

Confirm availability and your brief with Dan first. Paying does not start work immediately. For custom projects or a quoted deposit, contact Dan for the agreed payment arrangement rather than selecting a different package.

Cancellation and refunds

If you buy as a consumer and enter a service contract online, by phone or email, you normally have a 14-day cancellation period from entering the contract. To cancel, email hello@byhorndesign.co.uk with your name, package and payment reference. You can use the wording below, but do not have to.

To Daniel Hornby, Byhorn Design: I wish to cancel my design service contract. Package: ____. Contract date: ____. Name and address: ____. Payment reference: ____. Date: ____.

Where that cancellation right applies, work will wait until the period ends unless you separately request an earlier start. Any earlier-start agreement must explain the proportionate cost of work supplied if you cancel and any conditions for losing the right after full performance. Checking the box at checkout does not request an early start or waive your rights.

For business-to-business projects and cancellation after any applicable cooling-off period, the written project agreement sets out charges for work completed and any refund due. If Byhorn cannot provide the agreed service, contact Dan to arrange a resolution or refund. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.

One-off setup or ongoing monthly support is available by quote. You keep ownership of your accounts; profile verification may need your involvement. Our fee is for Byhorn’s work, not a charge from Google. Search rankings and enquiry volumes cannot be guaranteed.
