A booklet or a folded leaflet?
A booklet gives each subject its own page, making it useful when customers need more than a quick headline. A folded leaflet is a simpler option for a compact service list or offer. Choose the format around your content, rather than squeezing everything into the smallest space.
The standard A5 booklet
The online package is 100 A5 portrait booklets, 148 × 210mm, with eight pages including the cover. It uses 115gsm gloss throughout, saddle-stitch binding and no lamination. There are four cover pages and four inside pages; plan your content across all eight before preparing the file. Other page counts, stocks and quantities need a confirmed quote.
Supply artwork or have Dan design it
If your layout is finished, choose print-ready artwork for a file check and print supply. For design and print, supply your final text, logo and images. Dan lays out one eight-page booklet, shares a proof and includes two revision rounds. Copywriting, extensive image editing, extra pages and versions are separate.
Preparing the pages
Supply a CMYK PDF with all eight pages in reading order, not printer spreads. Include 3mm bleed, embedded or outlined fonts and images suitable for 300dpi reproduction. Keep important content at least 5mm, ideally 10mm, inside the page edges. Printing starts after artwork approval.
